Serve with salads with ricotta, goat, or Parmesan cheese. Add almonds or walnuts for more flavor. Drizzle over grilled meats like pork or chicken. Use over sweet potatoes. Add to oatmeal. Add to pastries, yogurt or smoothies. Pairs with prunes, quinces, pears, pecans or pineapple. Also goes great with chocolate or vanilla, ice cream as well as a finishing sauce for cheesecakes.
