The Fig-Vanilla Dark Balsamic Vinegar is served with salads, ricotta, goat, and Parmesan cheese. Add almonds, or walnuts for more flavor. Drizzle balsamic over grilled meats. Some examples would be, pork and chicken. It can be used over sweet potatoes as well. The balsamic can even be added to oatmeal. Furthermore, add to pastries, yogurt, or smoothies. It pairs well with prunes, quinces, pears, pecans, and pineapples. However, it goes great with chocolate and vanilla ice cream. It even can be used as a out of this world finishing sauce for cheesecakes!
