Dark, Garlic-Balsamic Vinaigrette

Use in chili, tacos, burritos, and chicken wings. Add to black and pinto beans. Pairs with cilantro, ginger, lime juice, and curries dishes. Add to chili to blow people away!

Tuscan-Herb & Roasted Garlic

Dark Balsamic Vinaigrette

Our most popular bread-dipper we have ever made. Eight Italian herbs make this perfect to drizzle over vegetables, or for use on pasta as well. Add to meat like chicken. Add to eggplant. Add sour cream for a chip or veggie dip. Use over polenta, pork, or sausage. Add to tomato sauce and serve with veal or zucchini.

 

6-Mushroom White Truffle & Roasted Garlic

Dark Balsamic Vinaigrette

Use in chili, warmed mushroom spinach salad with bacon, and goat cheese. Add to risottos, drizzle over a mushroom tart, add to mushroom soup, and put inside meatloaf. Add to mashed potatoes also on baked potato or hash-browns. Add to a triple mushroom sauté for a Nine Mushroom sauté to use on steaks or chops of any kind!

 

Blackberry- Ginger

White Balsamic Vinegar

 A delicious stir-fry vinegar as well as salad dressing. Add cream for ice creams, add to custards, crème fraiche, and to pies. Drizzle over peaches. Add honey and vanilla for yogurt or use over watermelon. Add cinnamon for a perfect sipping vinegar. Add to Grand Marnier, or Kirsch for cocktails. Use over pork and salads with goat cheese. Pairs with peaches, nectarines, oranges and strawberries.

 

Grapefruit & Blood Orange

 Thai Red Curry & Roasted Garlic

White Balsamic Vinaigrette

Add to any Thai or Indian dish. Just add coconut milk to shrimp, chicken, or pork. Sauté and finish with fresh basil. You only need a dash.

Dark Balsamic Vinegar

Add to Kirsch, Framboise, champagne, cognac, crème fraiche, or custard. Use in desserts especially as a drizzle for ice cream (with cream added). Pairs with anything lemon or lime based especially chicken. Drizzle over fresh fruit like peaches, nectarines, raspberries or blackberries.

Chipotle-Garlic

Dark Balsamic Vinaigrette

Habanero Tacos, chicken wings, and chili. Add sour cream for a chip dip. Braise pork and slow cook with it. Add to salsa, guacamole, and re-fried beans. Brush over barbecued meats. Add to baked potatoes. Add to scrambled eggs or hash browns. Make chipotle mayonnaise with it. Lastly, use in soups or stews.

White Balsamic Vinaigrette

 Use on baked or breaded chicken, and chicken salads. Use with veal, lamb, pork or cured meats. Drizzle over asparagus or leeks. Dress ham with it. Add to cabbage. Add to mussels. Use on a pastrami sandwich. Add to potato dishes, especially red bakers. Use with sauerkraut and sausage meals. Add it to cream and curry for Indian dishes.

 Add rosemary for baking cookies and baked goods. Pairs perfectly with plums and peaches. Drizzle on lamb dishes. Use with beef, lamb, or pork. Brush over baked chicken. Add to stews or rhubarb pie.

Garlic Blue Cheese & Toasted Walnut

Dark Balsamic Vinaigrette

Add to a pear salad. Drizzle over a New York steak. Drizzle over figs. Use in nut breads. Serve over cream cheese with crackers. Serve on watercress or spinach salads with apples and almonds. Add dill for salmon. Put over pasta and also serve with potatoes with extra blue cheese added!

Dark Balsamic Vinegar

Serve with salads, ricotta, goat, or Parmesan cheese. Add almonds or walnuts for more flavor. Drizzle over grilled meats like pork or chicken. Use over sweet potatoes. Add to oatmeal. Add to pastries, yogurt, or smoothies. Pairs with prunes, quinces, pears, pecans or pineapple. Also goes great with chocolate or vanilla ice cream, and also does well as finishing sauce for cheesecakes.

Balsamic Vinegar Glaze and Reduction

Add at the end of cooking or to finish a dish. Put over strawberries. Pour over ice cream. Add to yogurt. Add to soup. Make your own salad dressing. Put over tomatoes with Mozzarella. Sauté onions with it. Add brown sugar for fish. Add to cucumber salads. Also add to raspberries and cream.

Balsamic Vinegar Glaze and Reduction

Use in salads and as a salad dressing. Drizzle over fish. Use in a marinade. Drizzle over good cheeses. Add to a strawberry salad. Use with walnut oil. Drizzle over pan-roasted chicken. Use with pears and peaches. Add to duck dishes. Use with Foie gras. Use with shellfish. Drizzle over cooked vegetables.

The Original Restaurant Bread-Dipper

 John’s very first bread-dipper! Got the idea while serving at Scala’s Bistro in San Francisco. Add to sour cream for a chip dip, or drizzle over pan-roasted potatoes or vegetables.

Balsamic Vinaigrette

 Add to pan-roasted vegetables. Add to mashed potatoes. Drizzle over a rib eye steak. Drizzle over skewered shish kabobs. Add to sautéed mixed mushrooms to go over grilled meats or, use as a pasta dressing for a mushroom-chicken pasta.

Balsamic Vinaigrette

A perfect berry drizzler, chicken glaze or drink additive, like shakes, smoothies, or cocktails. Also add to yogurt. Glaze pork or use as a fruit dipping sauce by adding crème fraiche or sour cream.

Sun Dried Tomato Caprese

Balsamic vinaigrette

This recipe is a fully finished Caprese salad in a bottle-just add lettuce! Add to any pasta or drizzle on your favorite pizza. Use on sandwiches or put over cream cheese with crackers. Also, add grilled chicken for an entrée!

 

Pear-Lime & Cinnamon

Balsamic Vinegar

Perfect over grilled pears on a spinach salad. Drizzle over apples being pan-roasted for a pork chop topping. Drizzle over apples that are going into a pie. But what if you drizzled it over pork medallions right at the end? That would be delicious! Brush on baked ham. Also, can be added to a bowl of strawberries with fresh cream and mint. Yes a win!
